Everything was user friendly. There was an issue with my insurance regarding my sleep study device. I was told to wait for the office to call me when my device was ready. I wound up waiting 3 months and didn't know anything was wrong until I called. Was able to pick it up within a week after that. The nurse practitioner I saw the entire time was awesome. I felt able to make an informed decision about my health after the sleep study visit. They have easy to use and access telehealth appointments.

I was able to attend a telemed appointment today. I was looking forward to this and had a great experience. The PA (Brandon Ludwig) was great. Listened to all my concerns, asked follow up questions and came up with a plan. All on the first visit! I recommend visiting Texas Sleep Medicine if you have any concerns.

I have been coming to Texas Sleep Medicine for a very long time and each time everyone has been great! The doctors and staff are always friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Little to no wait time and very clean office. I highly recommend this practice.

Texas sleep medicine takes very good care of you. They make you feel very welcome as if you were a guest in their home. I would recommend this place to anyone who has sleep issues. The staff is just wonderful and I enjoy the fact that they really take their time to find out what may be going on with you so they know how to help you the best way they can to have a very viable lifestyle. I like working with Starla and Texas Sleep Medicine. They address my concerns quickly and everyone is polite. We're still figuring out my Inspire device, but I feel like I have a dedicated team that I'm working with.

I met with them 7 times for sleep studies and appointments. Given what I know now about sleep and perimenopause, it's really disappointing that they dont talk to women and peri-menopause's effects on sleep. I expect doctors to be the smartest members of our society; their effectiveness must be so hobbled by the system for me to have to figure out dire sleep issues' solutions for myself from internet podcasts.

I have always experienced staff who are friendly, prompt, courteous and caring. If I have questions in person, they are answered to my satisfaction. When I need to leave a message, the return call is placed in a timely manner. I feel comfortable calling for information. These are the qualities I look for in a business or medical relationship.
